Gold Country

About Gold Country

The United States Pony Clubs, Inc., develops character, leadership, confidence and a sense of community in youth through a program that teaches the care of horses and ponies, riding and mounted sports.

Pony Club now allows adult members to be able to participate and enjoy all Pony Club has to offer, and adults are the focus of our club.  It was created to strengthen the overall delivery of USPC standards and mission by training adult members through effective education, motivation, certifications, theory, and fun! If you did not have a chance to participate in Pony Club as a youth, or would like to continue your Pony Club involvement through participating membership, here is your chance to experience the learning, comradery, and memories the organization offers.

USPC Pony Clubs and Riding Centers are assigned to one of 41 geographical regions, which are administered by a volunteer Regional Supervisor (RS) and other appointed and elected officers. Regions offer additional activities and opportunities for members and support for the club and center leaders under their administration. Gold Country Pony Club is part of the Sierra Pacific Region. Visit the region's website for the contact information for the Regional Officers.
